About Us
Today, most Roma are likely to face illiteracy, segregation in
education, and unemployment. We are committed to changing that.
Since 2014, Roma Learning to Fly has been working in Eastern Europe, predominantly Slovakia, to bring hope and opportunity to Romani communities. We do this through a focus on educational initiatives and community transformation projects including establishing playgrounds for children and chicken coops as a means of micro-enterprise. We also raise funds for special initiatives including providing housing, church planting, and community centers.
Our goal is to help break the cycle of generation poverty among the Roma, and see children and families thrive in their communities. Our ministry to Roma includes a focus on three areas.
